I’ve always been a fan of Hood Cottage Cheese, but I’m reallllyyyyy a fan of their fruit flavored cottage cheese. I recently thought it could be interesting to create a nutritious lunch bowl swapping out a yogurt or smoothie base with Hood Cottage Cheese with Strawberry and with Pineapple (for some extra protein). I’ve tried a bunch of their fruit-flavored cottage cheeses, but I have to say the strawberry and pineapple flavors are my favorite (they are my favorite fruits as well).
So, with excitement, I present Brittany’s Hood Cottage Cheese Lunch Bowls, because why over complicate breakfast or lunch?
I created a strawberry and pineapple bowl for myself and a friend and WOW, they came out so good I figured I’d share the recipes with you all. These simple, five-minute bowls will change your LIFE (and your breakfast/lunch for the better).
Note: the recipes I used contain nuts, but if you have a nut intolerance you can substitute the nuts for oats or nut-free granola.
